TORONTO — The Toronto Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 78-year-old Kieda Waclaw out of the Toronto area.
Kieda was last seen on November 15th, 2016, at 8 a.m. His last known location is the Scarlett Road and Eglington Avenue West area.
Police are concerned for his safety.
Keida is described as:
• Gender: Male.
• Eyes: Blue.
• Hair: Grey.
• Height: 5’7″.
• Weight: 180 lbs.
