SARNIA — The Sarnia Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 23-year-old Chelsea Baxter out of the Sarnia area.
Chelsea was last seen on February 10th, 2017, at approximately 5 p.m. She is believed to be wearing a long, black winter coat, white tights, and grey boots.
Police need to check on her well-being.
Chelsea is described as:
• Gender: Female.
• Hair: Dark auburn.
• Height: 5’4″.
• Weight: 120 lbs.
