ORIGINAL ARTICLE: TORONTO — The Toronto Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 15-year-old Shayla Harp out of the Toronto area.
Shayla was last seen on October 24th, 2016, at about midnight. Her last known location is the Morningside Avenue and Ellesmere Road area.
Police are concerned for her safety.
Shayla is described as:
• Gender: Female.
• Eyes: Brown.
• Hair: Long, black with blue highlights.
• Height: 5’2″.
• Weight: Thin build.
