This is the second or third time in 2 years she has gone missing.
She is at risk, so hopefully someone can get her the help she needs so this can stop.

Group home…Really…What ever happened to helping our own children instead of Passi g the buck. Kids in the homes have a lot more serious issue than a teenager seeking to be recognized.

If she keeps running away then maybe there is a reason for this and to be honest I have a child with mental health issues as well as behaviours and group homes they have the specialization there to help so I do know and my oldest so. Has a degree in dealing with teens that have issues so befor u open your stupid mouth maybe u shouldn’t criticize a group home they are there for parents who can’t help nor deal with the teens with issues a lot of parents to me let there teens do what they want so they don’t have to deal with run away drugs ect and the wait time at cheo for mental health is over a year educate yourself

We are super glad that she seems to be alright, but until we receive an official update from the Ottawa Police, we are going to keep her posted as missing.

Hopefully we see an official update sometime today

Just because people posts things on Facebook doesn’t mean they’re safe. There are cases (hopefully not this one) where they could be with someone who is posting photos/videos/ads on their behalf. These are known as tips and should be reported directly to the police.
